YW20125 Neoprene Laminating Machine (Reactive Hot Melt Adhesive)

　

Features:

1. It is suitable for gluing on foam materials, especially neoprene category, and laminating with fabrics.

2. Flat type materials input will have better laminating effect and lower loss for thicker and inflexible materials.

3. It is suitable for making movable shoe-pads and diving suits using Reactive Hot Melt Adhesive (PUR Adhesvie).

4. In order to ensure excellent bonding strength, install PLC control panel to match up precision adjusters and dial indicators to adjust glue quantity.

5. Whole machine runs under precise automatic linking to ensure average tension of laminating materials  and finished products.

6. Magnetic guard boards can be easily moved to meet the width of different materials.

7. Install silicone surface belt to press strongly laminated materials to increase bonding strength, and also equip several EPC auto edge control devices

    to get one side of materials straight.
